I have been a business owner in the wellness space for more than 2 decades... before it was trending.
Back in 2004, I was fresh out of college and working in my first job. It didn't take long for me to realize there was more to life than going to work everyday in a role I didn't love, punching the clock and waiting for the weekend to come.
I became a Consultant with Arbonne, a vegan and botanically-based wellness company & a Certified B Corporation that was founded in 1980. They were abiding by stringent European standards and introducing clean products to the U.S. market, long before it was trending. (Fun fact, Whole Foods was also founded in 1980- these visionary companies were pioneers in the wellness space!) Arbonne's mission was on that I could get behind, and I saw the opportunity to own a business and in doing so, own my TIME.
I ran with the opportunity and went on to become Arbonne's youngest top leader at the time, and I've been an advocate of this incredible company and brand now for more than 20 years.
